Cardiac Rehabilitation
Cardiac Rehab is a comprehensive, long-term program including medical evaluation, prescribed exercise, cardiac risk factor modification, education, and counseling. We offer a medically supervised program which is typically initiated 1-3 weeks after hospital discharge and we provide appropriate electrocardiographic monitoring during exercise.Cardiac Rehab is designed for people who have or have had a heart attack, heart condition such as coronary artery disease, angina or heart failure. It is designed for people who have had a heart procedure or surgery including coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery, coronary angioplasty and stenting, valve replacement, or a pacemaker or implantable cardioverter defibrillator.
