Eastland Memorial Hospital District Tax Rates

In an economy of increased living expenses, interest rates, and taxes, Eastland Memorial Hospital District’s Board of Directors aims to be good stewards of taxpayer dollars. When the Hospital District was created, the 1990 tax rate was set at $0.300 per $100 evaluation. EMHD’s current tax rate is $0.099 per $100 evaluation. EMHD’s tax rate remains one of the lowest in the State of Texas with the District’s lowest rate in 2016 of $0.049.
